Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Free shipping to Canada and the US.

Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received. All items

are shipped insured overnight shipping where Fedex next-day delivery is available.

If you notice a package has been tampered with, do not sign for it and call us immediately.

We only use Fedex shipping for items over 1000.00.

Shipping loose diamonds.

Loose diamonds ship in 2-5 business days.

Shipping engagement rings or wedding rings.

Engagement rings and wedding rings ship in 2-8 business days.  Platinum items take 7-13 business days.

Shipping other jewellery.

All other jewellery items such as earrings, pendants and gold chains ship in 2-8 business days.

Shipping custom rings and jewellery.

Custom made jewellery is shipped  in 10-15 work days after your design has been approved.

14-Day Return Policy :

Refunds are made using the same country currency used to pay for the item.

Refund amounts are calculated based on the original sale/quote price in USD, and

the exchange rate for selling USD at the Bank of Montreal at time of refund.

Refunds will be done the following business day after the item has be received

and confirmed. Please allow 3-4 days for receipt of refund as items may be shipped to a

gem laboratory for confirmation.  Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility

of the sender.

Returning loose diamonds

Loose Diamonds must be sent back within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less a 55.00 restocking

fee (internet orders) or 100.00 restocking fee (special orders in store) to cover the costs of shipping.

Returning engagement or wedding rings.

Settings or rings must be sent back within 14 days of receipt for a refund less restocking fee.  Many

of our rings are custom made to fit your finger size and the diamond(s) purchased.  For this reason a

restocking fee on the ring/setting portion of the sale may be deducted to cover the cost of ring

sizing and setting the diamond(s). The restocking fee is 25% or 350.00 (which ever is less) on the

setting portion of the purchased item. The restocking fee does not apply to the center diamond

purchased. For example if the setting cost was $350.00, and the cost of the center

diamond was $3000.00, the restocking fee would be 25% of the $350.00 setting

which would equal $87.50  This is to cover the cost of setting the diamond(s), sizing, shipping

and credit card fees.  The restocking fee can be applied as a credit to an other item we sell.

Custom Jewellery.

There are no refunds given on custom designed jewellery.  We offer several 3d computer generated images of

the item for you confirmation before the item is created.  A credit may be considered depending on the design.

Returning all other jewellery.

All other jewellery must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less a 40.00 handling

fee to cover shipping and credit card charges.

Items must be received by us in original condition and if applicable accompanied with the original

laboratory report and gift box. There is a 250.00 USD charge for damaged or lost certificates. Items

that have been altered or damaged in any way (for example sizing, setting of gems,

chipping of gems, rings showing wear) are non-refundable. If you have purchased a loose

diamond and have had it set in a ring by another party, no refund will be available for the

diamond.

If we hold a diamond or any item for more than 14-days on your behalf after receiving it,

no refund will be available. The diamond or item will be shipped to you at your

convenience. This may occur when waiting 2-3 weeks for a custom made ring.  We will

gladly send you a photograph of the diamond the moment it is received in office for you

to confirm the diamond.
