We meet by appointment only. Please call before you come by to book a time.

Monday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Tuesday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday 9:30am - 8:00pm
Thursday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Friday 9:30am - 2:00pm

We are closed on Saturday, however if no other time can be arranged, we may be able to meet on Saturday morning depending on personal obligations.  Please call if Saturday is your only time you can meet.

Diamond education

We will take time with you to show and explain the differences in diamond color, clarity and cut, and demonstrate these characteristics with real diamonds to give a true comparison so that you can make an informed decision. Few retailers have the ability or experienced staff to show you loose diamonds in the different qualities so that you can make an informed decision between color, clarity, cut and carat weight. 

Custom Ring Design

We have the technology to design a ring while you view the process live on a plasma TV, and you can have our designer make any adjustments you may want. We do meet by appointment only, so please call in advance if you are planning to meet with us.
