Warranty/Guarnatee

We guarantee our rings to be free from manufacturer defects. If a defect is noticed, we will fix or replace the ring free of charge. We take special care in examining each ring to ensure that diamonds are secure.

Should a diamond(s) become loose in a short period of time....6 months, we will secure it free of charge if it wasn't due to misuse or negligence. We are not responsible for diamond(s) that have been lost from falling out. We highly recommend getting insurance replacement for your jewelry. Ask your insurance broker for a jewelry floater. The cost is typically 13.50 per 1000.00 of replacement value per year. There are usually no deductibles or premiums if a claim is made. You would be insured against mysterious disappearance (loss), theft, damage (ie. if you get it caught in a door and knock the diamond loose or diamond gets chipped). But be sure to confirm this with your insurer.

Diamond weights on pre-set items such as earrings, pendants and rings with multiple diamonds are approximate and may vary slightly ie. .02cts total weight for the item. This is common practice as multiple diamonds set in an item are chosen by measurements rather than exact weights.
