Trade-up Policy

After sometime our customers may want to get a larger or higher quality diamond than they originally bought. We have a trade-up plan. We will give you the price you paid for your diamond when the newly purchased diamond(s) is double it's value. For example: if you bought a diamond for 4000.00, the newly desired diamond would have to be 8000.00 or more. This excludes any taxes.

Diamonds are priced and based in US funds. Therefore when we calculate the price on the original piece, we will used the US exchange rate at the time of the original purchase.

Our trade-up plan does not include the setting or ring.
