Shipping and Returns

Shopping online:

• Please call us with the item number of the item(s) you wish. After recieving payment via credit card or bank wire we will process your order.
• Items are shipped overnight insured for 55.00. Applies to major service centers.
• Outside of major centers may have additional shipping charges.
• After payment is received, loose diamonds will ship within 4-5 business days and rings will ship within 5-9 business days.

Shopping in person in Manitoba:

If you live in Manitoba it is possible to meet with us to view before you purchase. We want to be able to provide our customers with the same low internet prices while being able to view before they buy. For this service we ask that:

• No deposit amount is required if the product we have is already at the location you wish to view it at. Please call us to see what we have in stock. I will typically have the diamond you are looking for at our office.
• For special diamond orders a deposit of 200.00 (per item/diamond) or 2% of the value of the items value, whichever is greater. This amount less the 55.00 (per item/diamond) regular shipping fee will be credited toward the purchase price upon purchase of the item. This is simply to help pay for the shipping charges both to and from us.
• For special orders, we will hold the item for 5-days at our location so you can arrange a time to view it. We allow 7-days for you to decide on the item after viewing it. Payment must be recieved within that time period before the item is sent back to our head office at which time the deposit is not credited toward purchase. Please call us for more details.

Our custom rings generally take between 2-3 weeks and are shipped overnight following completion.

Return Policy

Diamonds must be sent back within 14 days of reciept for refund less shipping and insurance. If a ring has had a diamond set in it or has been sized, there is a 30% restocking fee on the ring portion (excluding the diamond) to cover the costs of setting and sizing.

A return authorization number must be given prior to shipping. We will not accept items which are returned without one. Refunds are made using the same currency used to pay for the item. Refund amounts are calculated based on the orignal sale/quote price in USD and if dealing with Canadian funds the current credit card exchange rate for selling USD at time of refund.

Refunds will be done the same way payment was received. Bank wires will be refunded via cheque. Refunds will be done the following business day after reciept of the item has been confirmed. Please allow 3-4 days as items may be shipped to a gem laboratory to be confirmed.

Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the sender. All returns must be fully insured. Please contact us if you would like to use our return shipping and insurance account if you are not able to find insurance from your area. We will have the courier pick-up at your location. Our return shipping and insurance fee:

• For Canadian residence the estimate charge is 55.00 shipping and 2% for insurance.
• For US residents the estimate charge is 55.00 shipping and 2% for insurance.

Items must be shipped in original condition accompanied with the original laboratory report and gift box. There is a 200.00 USD charge for damaged or lost certificates. This is simply our cost to get them done again.

All items that have been altered in any way or damaged (i.e. sizing, or setting of gems, chipping gems, scratched) are non refundable. If you have purchased a loose diamond and have had it set in a ring by anyone other than us, there will be no refunds on damaged gems should an accident occur.

If we hold a diamond or any item for more than 14-days on your behalf after receiving payment, there is no refund and the diamond or item will be shipped to you at your convienence. This may occur when waiting 2-3 weeks for a custom made ring and your plans to get engaged change. We would be happy to send you a photograph of the diamond the moment we receive the diamond for you to confirm.

We reserve the right to not accept returns for custom made rings unless:
