Pricing/Payments

Pricing:

Though we are a Canadian company, we have decided to list our prices in US funds because of the volitile exchange rate. Diamond and gold are priced in US funds around the word and it has been difficult accurate prices in Canadian funds. When paying, via telephone order or bank drafts/wire, the current exchange rate used by the credit card companies will be used to calculate the Canadian dollar amount. Loose diamonds are listed in US funds and an estimate in CDN funds.

• Payments via certified cheque, bank wire, or direct deposit are made Canadian funds. Credit card purchases are charged in Canadian funds and if purchasing from the US, the current exchange rate that is used by the credit card company will be used at time of purchase. Items are shipped and orders placed after payment has been recieved.
• Quotes: When quotes are given via email, they are valid for that day and not locked in until payment is actually recieved. Amonts may need to be adjusted with market conditions such as the exchange rates and metal prices.

Methods of payment:

• If paying by bank wire/direct deposit or certified cheque, we will ship the item to any location you desire after payment has been recieved.
• If paying by credit card, we will ship to your comfirmed credit card address, after payment has been recieved. If you would like the item shipped to work instead of your residence, you must contact your credit card company and add the alternative address to your credit card account.
• If you send a certified check/bank wire...a 2% discount will be applied to your purchase before taxes for internet orders only. (excludes shipping)
