Diamonds: We guarantee all our diamonds advertised to be genuine natural diamonds that have not been treated or clarity enhanced.

All diamonds we sell come with a Gem Lab certificate or insurance appraisal done by an independant GIA graduate gemologist.

We guarantee all items we sell 12000.00 and under to be appraised at least 150% of purchase price at time of sale. We guarantee items over 12000.00 to be appraised at least 125% of purchase price at time of sale. (generally the higher the items value the lower the markup for insurance value). Many of our customers see an appraisal which is 175-250% higher than what they paid. We guarantee all of our gold to be accurately described. We do not gold plate our rings, they are solid 10kt, 14kt, 18kt or 950 platinum, etc.

We guarantee our rings to be free from manufacturer defects. We take special care in examining each ring to ensure that diamonds are secure. Should a diamond(s) become loose in a short period of time....6 months, we will secure it free of charge if it wasn't due to misuse or negligence. If gem stone(s) fall out within 6 months due to defect, we will reset for free. Shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible if diamond(s) fall out and are lost. We highly recommend getting insurance replacement for your jewelry. Ask your insurance broker for a jewelry floater. The cost is typically 13.50 per 1000.00 of replacement value per year. There are no deductibles or premiums if a claim is made. Then you are insured against misterious disappearance (loss), theft, damage (ie. if you get it caught in a door and knock the diamond loose or diamond gets chipped), and fire...pretty much everything that you would want. But be sure to confirm this with your insurer.
